February’s Exploration of Spiritual Practices
Listening to the Labyrinth
February 23–after the worship service
Step into the ancient practice of the labyrinth—a powerful tool for meditation, insight, and spiritual deepening. For centuries, people have walked the labyrinth to quiet the mind and nourish the soul, following its path as a gentle, intentional journey inward.
Join Kris in the classroom in the Fellowship Hall for a Sunday’s After exploration of this practice, where we’ll reflect on its meaning, experience its contemplative power in a modified form, and explore how it can become a grounding part of daily life.
Whether you’re new to the labyrinth or have experienced many before, all are welcome. Come with an open heart and a spirit of curiosity.
For those joining by Zoom, here are links to the session’s resources so you can print them ahead of time.
