All are welcome to join us for worship Sundays at 11:00 AM. The service will be multi-platform, both in-person and streamed onto Zoom. A recording will be available on the church’s YouTube channel no later than the following Tuesday.
“Test-Driving the Tao” with Worship Associate Pam El-Dinary
“How can ancient concepts of Taoism help us with our spiritual life in today’s world?” This was the question posed by Julia, the top bidder for the worship associate version of the coveted Auction Sermon. The Tao te Ching was written by the philosopher Lao-tzu in the sixth century BCE. To answer Julia’s question about its applicability in modern times, I decided to take the Tao for a test drive. Yes, it’s an older model, but let’s give it a go!
Sundays After
After service this Sunday, we have the opportunity to explore the day’s worship service and discuss any thoughts or emotions it may have elicited. Whether joining us virtually or in-person, the conversation will begin at 12:20. Grab a snack and join in!
